Eco-Club, A.M.U., Aligarh, organized an essay competition in the month of February 2012, as a part of World Wetlands Day 2012 celebration. The topic of the essay was 'Necessity and Perspective of Wetland Management in India'. Students from different faculties of A.M.U., ranging from students in Senior Secondary Education to those pursuing post graduations, participated in the event with great enthusiasm.
